I cant get on survival server

for the past few days, i haven't been able to play the survival server and I'm using the 12.11.2 mode and I can't play.

Hello there fellow Minecraftian... I'm gonna assume you meant 1.11.2 which should be the correct version to play PoniArcade. I'll help you out in any way I can, but I need a bit more information than that.
