3 minute collab art

I had an idea last night. How about an art collab, where we each draw, shade, etc. on an image for 3 minutes, and then post for the next person to work on. 

I just worked on this for 3 minutes sharp. It's just a grey pegasus. Feel free to add hair, background, other ponies, etc. Please do not convert the image file to non-png formats, or shrink it from original size.

Given that this topic possesses a interactive nature, and that this section's sole purpose is the showcasing of art, I believe it would be more becoming of Forum Games, within Beyond Equestria.
