I think she had a less bright coloration compared to Equestria Girls.... plus her magic aura is now red

Since her hair colour was de-saturated from Friendship Games and onwards, her pony self has been slightly changed to accommodate. I also noticed that she sounded a lot deeper than before when we last saw her as a pony. Maybe Rebecca Shoichet was asked to either make Sunset sound a bit older than she is hence the deeper voice or her--Rebecca--own natural age meant her voice has changed slightly.

I still find it to be really weird that her magic aura was changed from being green to red.

Wish it was kept turquoise.  It doesn't make sense, since Midnight Sparkle's magic was kept the same as SciTwi's, and same for SG
