Which pony whould you like the most to see in the movie and which whould you want to see the least?

well they're kind of ALL in the movie
but do you mean like who do you hope gets the most focus and who do you hope gets the least focus/screentime?

Me, I'd go:
1. rainbow dash

2. AJ

3. Rarity

4. Fluttershy

5. Twilight sparkle

6. Pinkie pie.

 

Sadly, I'm pretty sure that's going to be (mostly) inverted in the movie XD (Probably Twi, pinkie, RD, Fluttershy, rarity, AJ for focus will be how it goes down, in descending order)

So true. Applejack doesn't really get all that much attention, and from what we've seen so far, Tempest or whatever is after Twilight. Guess we have to accept that Apple's going to be more off to the side in this one, but I sure hope she'll play an important role at some point in the movie. 

 

Oh, and, for me, I want to see more Derpy-and-seek, and less disappearing princesses when we need them.
