Are there closer bonds between certain members of the Mane Six?

Would you say that the mane six have favorites within each other? Like one pony likes another pony more than the others? Example: rainbow dash likes pinkie pie better than applejack, twilight, rarity, and fluttershy? Or is there any evidence of favorites?

Rarity - Fluttershy
Rainbow - Pinkie

Yes, Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash seem like long life friends.

The other two that may have known each other from fillyhood are Rarity and Applejack, but I think they were just acquaintances before Twilight's arrival to Ponyville.
