While not a huge issue, never the less I have noticed that towards the right of typing the message if you type long enough it ends up covering up whatever it is you are typing, making it hard to see. For an example:

This has definitely been an ongoing problem ever since the update and many others including myself have been frustrated with it.

We are still waiting for it to get fixed.

The character limit gets in the way of posting short answers as well some questions and answers don't have to be long

Rikifive has linked that thread and a few others. Basically, the staff is aware of the issue, but MLPF no longer has a dedicated tech lead, meaning no one is on hand to fix it. Everyone will have to wait for the time being until a new tech lead is brought aboard or if dev resources are shifted to handle non-essential issues.
