After i became a brony, my sister flew from Texas to Alaska to visit me for a week, and I got her HOOKED on MLP.  after we finished the first season, and then the first 24 episodes of the second season, this exchange took place (that I'd been planning for like 2 weeks):

 

Me: "I'm so happy you are enjoying this...you're my LSBFF"

Her: "what?"

Me: "my little sister best friend forever"

Her: "heh, your my...BBBFF!  ha!"

 

Then, I started "the next episode, "a canterlot wedding", and like 2 minutes later, I BLEW HER MIND!

it was amazing!

 

The twilight/shining armor comparison between us has been strong ever since.

Actually, I think that's their worn down look that they had after her birth back in The Crystalling. Even with her magic in better control, she's still running them ragged.

I know, kind of nice they brought that look back for Cadance and Shining Armor at the start of A Flurry of Emotions before having them revert back to their regular looks for the rest of the episode.

That is exactly what I would do. If any boy that I don't like hits on my little sister, I'm pulling out my baseball bat. And if the guys eighteen, it's considered assault, not assualt on a minor. (That's probably gonna have to wait about 16 years. My sister is only 1 1/2 years old.)
