roleplay world Questions regarding character and roleplay creation

Also, so I am really new to this site and I have a few questions!

How do I create a character? I've never been on a site that hosted characters and I can't seem to figure out how to actually upload a character.

How do I post in the roleplay forums? I came here mostly to find people to roleplay with, but I am unable to post a topic in the ooc/planning forums to actually find anyone.

The "approved by a moderator" bar is more or less in my opinion is "you can post here, but if the post matches the content of the thread, or discussing it, then it will be approved."

You can upload a character by either posting on a thread dedicated to posting characters, or posting your own on your character profile list.

As for the roleplay forums,I think you may need a minimum post reauirement to be able to access that, but don't quote me on that.

I was allowed to create characters and post roleplays as soon as I hit 5 comments. ^^ Thank you for the response!

It would have been nice if the site itself let me know that, though!
