But letting Rockhoof navigate the ship of the hippogriffs was a horrible idea, I'm not a supporter of that.

Of course a close second would be a semi-canon ship: Alternate Sombra and Princess Celestia, simply considering the bond they had and how tragic their separation turned out.

Aside from that I am also partial to RariDash, SunLight, and Octy/Vinyl; as well as @Jeric's favorite ship. <3

This really hasn't changed all that much for me, but I would like to add that the idea of a poly-ship of Starlight, Trixie, and Sunburst really sounds workable. Starlight is the type of character who excels in a strong support system and both Trixie and Sunburst do care for her, and they seem to get along with each other as well!
