I have lots of little pairings here and there that I like seeing, but there are five main ships that I will sail on through any whether. In no particular order, they are:

LyraWorthy (Lyra and Noteworthy)

MarbleMac (Marble and Big Mac)

RoseWhooves (Roseluck and Dr. Whooves)

RumbleNyx (Rumble and Nyx)

StarTrix is my second favorite "real" ship after EQG Rarijack. Trixie said  she "loved" Starlight Glimmer so that makes StarTrix canon in my mind.
