Are the Sirens sisters?

I got the impression that they were, but I don't remember that being explicitly stated anywhere. Did I miss something? If I didn't, do you think they are?

mmm still cant tell. some times they act like siblings, then a lot of the times they just act like a collective. I honestly can't tell.

I'm not sure if there is any official confirmation that they are sisters but the fandom enjoys implicating that they are.

Probably not. But if they were, that would make Adagio even more embarrassed to associate with them.

I suppose it's possible that they are sisters, even though I don't think it's ever officially been stated before. After all, they are the only three Sirens that we have seen in the series so far, so what's to say that they aren't?
