Fluttershy would be less painful, and I'd probably go with regeneration. With a TARDIS, I'm sure I'll end up stranding myself somewhere in time accidentally.

Being hated by Fluttershy would kill me, even knowing she's not real, I can't help but crush on her, but so would the blackhole, but Flutterhate would be physically and emotionally painful, I think I'll go with blackhole too
