I used to have the top of my hair bleached a little blonde. I don't know much about how to do it, as the lady at my salon did it.

Are you planning to do it yourself or go to a salon? Also, I have the same haircolor as you then and the hairdresser told me it would take me three times to bleach it properly. I don't know if that helps any, but what I'm trying to say is that you probably shouldn't expect too much from doing it once. As well as that it can hurt your hair really badly if you bleach it too soon after the previous try or leave it in for too long, or so I've heard.

I was going to get my friend to do it. They aren't a hairdresser or anything, but they went to cosmetology school and have done it before. If it takes that many times to bleach it properly, then I really hope my friend knows what they're doing.
