Pony Debit Card (ftw)

Ok, so I've been at the bank today to get my debit card. But, they said that for the card I want, you're able to choose your own art that's going to be on it. This is so awesome. I can now go on the specific website and choose my art for it and after I've done that I'll get the card after 2 days. (Then I'll donate again :3 )

 

The problem is that I don't know what I want on it.. I am probably going to keep this card for my life so I don't really know what I think about having like a big pony or something on it. I mean, I know we're all like "brony for life, yeeeaaah!" but really? I don't really think so.. I know that I want something mlp related but I'm not sure what >.> As long as it's not too much.. um "pony".

 

Can anypony help me?! Give me ideas! The size of the card is 301x191 px, btw.

I tried to use that when creating my debit card and it looked really nice on the surface of it, however Wells Fargo stated it was against their policy to have copyrighted characters on their cards. Hopefully you have a more flexible bank.

Well it also depends on the level of publicity you want. Like if your somepony who goes "YES I'M A BRONY SO DEAL WITH IT" you can probably put an entire character on it, but if not, like Arrow said, if not, maybe just a cutie mark. It's up to you.

It can just be a mash-up of everything you like. That's what I would do.

 

I tried that but it looks so messy..

That Rainbow Dash picture looks really nice. Black is a nice color for a debit card too. But that's just my personal opinion, it is your card after all...

You'll probably end up replacing your debit card down the road (it will eventually expire), so don't worry too terribly much about making a potential life commitment to ponies. Personally, I think either a cutie mark with a simple background color or a silhouette of one of the ponies (like the one Ezynell posted) would work well.

Ah I don't know what I want on it! This is too hard.. Another thing I thought about (which not is pony related) is putting a pic of space invaders since I love that game :P

I saw it before I was a brony, too. I didn't even know what MLP was, but I still thought the picture looked awesome. Nice t-shirt!

I like the idea of doing something subtle, like one of the character's cutie marks, or muffins!!!! Can't go wrong with muffins! B)

I agree with what other people have said. I recommend doing one of the silhouettes. Anything else seems like it might be too busy, which might get to be a hassle when you or someone else is trying to read your card.

NO! No matter what ANYONE tells you, DON'T make it a Pony Debit Card. Not for the reason of hiding your Bronyness though. If that was the only thing to worry about, I'd say go for it. But there's a deeper and FAR more annoying meaning behind it.

 

I'm sure people here remember the Bat Credit Card from Batman & Robin, and I'm sure people remember the Credit Card scene from Secret of Nimh 2. That's the one area you don't want to bring ponies into. Just trust me on this.

 

A shirt is ok. Shoes are fine. Even pants and a hat are alright. And hell, MAKE A GAME too. But not a Debit or Credit Card.

 

 

By the way, I'm screwing with you. Go for it.
