I am sure many can agree that the mane six already have the best names to represent them. However, suppose you were working to create them and it was your job to give them names?  Looking at each pony, what kind of name would you choose for Twilight, Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie, Rainbow, and Fluttershy?

I'd forgotten about these from my Grand List of Things Hasbro Won't Let a Brony Do in a Fangame:

437) I shouldn't need to shorten the ponies' names to make them fit on the screen.  However, if I absolutely must, I may not abbreviate "Rarity" as "Rat", "Fluttershy" as "Flushy", "Rainbow Dash" as "Rash" (even though she is), "Pinkie Pie" as "Pine" (even though she does), or "Applejack" as "Alejack".

734) In reference to #437:  not allowed to abbreviate "Twilight" as "Twit".
