How would the ponies react to seeing a Dalek?

You know the Daleks from Doctor Who, right? You know, those trigger happy mini tanks with an octopus-looking creature inside? (If not, that's alright. I've provided an image of one in this post.) So, imagine if a Dalek fell through time and space and ended up in Equestria, falling through the atmosphere and creating a crater as it impacted the surface. Several days later, the ponies investigate, and in the center of the smoldering crater is the (undamaged) Dalek, but its dormant. If the ponies were to "take a look at it", how do you think they'd react to seeing it? What do you think they would do with it?
