Awesome!  

1. I have a strong bias toward this place, but, I think you should visit New South Wales, especially Sydney. I'd also check out Queensland or Victoria. I haven't actually traveled around enough of my own country yet to make the best recommendations though.
2. Tasmania... For some reason, Tassie just doesn't seem all that interesting to me.
3. No, but I would like to visit it and learn the history behind it and maybe take a couple of photos.

YES!  

Because of my heritage, I'd love to visit the Netherlands, but, I'd love to also visit Germany, Spain, France, the U.K, Russia, Sweden and plenty of other European countries, although right now I want to visit more Asian countries.
