What's with all the winking in the Cafeteria Song?

I went through and counted 5 winks through the whole thing. Why do they need that many? Did they get people further in wanting to vote for Twilight? But if they were, I think they were overdoing it. I would like it better if they only did one or two winks.

maybe they were trying to look cool or something while singing the song, I really didn't notice any winking during the song, but that's probably because I'm not very observant when it comes to those kinds of details.

Probably for cuteness effect, winking is generally seen as a cute thing. Cuteness is kind off a big selling point for the franchise.

Not criticizing or anything (I'm a WWII buff myself) but why?

Uhhhhhhhhhh well I wanted to make myself stand out and look important with her in some sort of uniform, and I really like WW2 and history in general. Your the first person to bring this up on this forum, I think most people think she's just in the military, but don't connect the dots as to what time period/country the uniform is from.

Yeah, I think it's working too! That would explain a lot because I've seen that movie like 10 times and have an insatiable urge to buy the toys.
