This week's poll is now up!

Due to complaints about missing the poll, we're going to try something new. From now on, there will be a poll up at almost all times! No more waiting until Monday or Tuesday to vote. The only exception will be when we are taking the old one down and putting the new one up. The polls will still be closed on Wednesday, so keep in mind that if you vote after Wednesday, your selection will go toward the next week.

I'm not sure if this will work, but if it does, it will have more than one benefit. It will allow you to vote any time you want, and because of the likelihood of more votes, the winning movies will more accurately reflect what the majority of members want to watch.

The poll is now closed.

This week's winners are Star Wars IV, V, and VI. A thread will be posted some time today or tomorrow with showtimes.

Despite what I claimed in my last post, there aren't any suggestions for a new poll, so the next one will not be put up until Monday as usual. Please keep in mind that you can suggest movies at any time. We will attempt the change again next week if there are enough suggestions.

I forget, for movie to be legal and available to be seen at movie night, do we have to wait until they hit stores, or can we watch them if they are buyable online?

If option 2 is acceptable, I suggest a 'Equestria Girls' double feature.

Option 2 is acceptable. An iTunes release, for example, would be fine.

What version if I may be so bold?

I'm going to try getting the original or the Special Edition re-releases. Dodging the HD releases if at all possible. As nice as they may look, there's a certain charm to the older, grainier versions, and he truly tainted something in particular in Return of the Jedi that I don't want to experience.  :eww:
