Do you think a video game based off of Stephen King's The Dark Tower would be possible?

Possible yes, but I think it would make a better RPG than a shooter. The books have a lot of action but they aren't action books, per se. A final fantasy/chrono trigger style would work good considering all the environments, and all the exposition, and the different abilities and attributes of the different characters. Maybe something similar to Cosmic Star Heroine.
