general New Years Resolutions (2018 edition)

Every year make resolutions/goals to improve things in their lives. What are some of yours?

This year my goal is to get in shape..not burn pounds or running but to get my body into peak condition..goodbye love handles, hello six pack.

To actually get something accomplished this year.

wanna spend less time behind a screen and more time actually doing stuff.

I also want to gain a little weight (you don't hear that often, do you?)  and I want to work on my stamina and get more fit. wanna do that though either picking up swimming seriously or pick up dancing again. 

oh, and I also want to learn to speak russian XD 

gonna be a busy year for me

-move back to MI

I don't believe in New Years Resolutions, mainly because they typically never happen, but:

• To begin doing my animations, short films and stuff. I think it will be fun and, aside from a camera I'm confident I've got the required resources and passion for it.
• Go on the computer a lot less and spend time with my friends and family more...
• Pretty much get my life back together, be more confident and less unsure of everything...

And now, let's see if any of this actually comes true... Surprise me, universe!

I don't do New Year's Resolutions since they are fairly redundant. I normally have no issues starting a personal project and seeing it to it's conclusion. That said, 2018 has a full list of projects already. 

1. Third Bachelor's

2. Help oldest pick his University

3. Star building that RP site I've been mulling over for a while

4. Launch community event on MLPF

5. Trip to NYC to take youngest kid to a Broadway show

6. House remodel

7. Increase client base

8. New hobby

9. Outline novel inspired by my relationship with my late wife.

• Exercise every Wensday
• Move on from Star Wars and get more into Star Trek
• Continue boycotting EA
• Write more blog posts

I want to

1. Get a high enough placement score to get into calculus
2. Continue growing as a musician
3. Learn blender and unity well enough to make a basic game entirely on my own
4. Eat healthier

Well I always say that if you want to make a positive change in your life, why wait until New Years? You can have resolutions all year round!

So I don't have anything too specific, but when I look ahead at what's coming for me this year, I'd like to keep doing well in school and continue to get outside of my comfort zone some more.

Improve my art(this will always be a resolution of mine...).

Buy a 2ds since my 3ds is finally breaking down.

Make some friends.

Pick out a surgeon to do my top surgery.

I only have two resolutions right now that I want to accomplish this year.

1. Lose some weight and get back down to under 200lbs or maybe 190lbs.
2. Complete my MLP CCG Super and Ultra Rare collection--including future sets.

Given the depressing nonsense of last year, I think 2018 owes a resolution. Not me.  Of course, I am going in fully expecting 2018 to suck even worse. Call me a downer, but that's how I see things.

- Finally quit my job

- Become at least tier 10s in the new Classic WoW on PvP with my friends when it releases

I'm sure I have more, but this is all I can think of at the moment.
