It's a goatee (its a beard, just not a good looking one from the reference).

Would it be ok if I made a tiny tweak to Victoria's design? You don't have to change anything if you've already started but I would love it if you could do her with her updated design.

All it is, is the white sock markings I added to her feet.

@Battenberg I had already started but hadn't gotten to the coloring part yet so it's ok. I might have allowed myself to get a bit distracted since I got a little burntout from the previous requests but I should resume work soon.
