It’s only in the second movie that she has her character arc. The fourth movie is meh but the fifth is a lot better (adorkable Twilight scenes and Trixie). I get four days off! To each their own I suppose. I wasn't that big a fan of Sunset Shimmer overall in any of the movies. The only parts I enjoy were the pony parts. Which probably isn't fair, I know, not judging the movie on it's own merits, but expecting it to tie more to FiM than it does. Shame the Rising Dusk.
