Shining Armor was upset at first, but after Spike explained how he has trouble controlling the pressure of his breath sometimes 

Shining said that he understood & forgave Spike immediately followed by a BIG hug.*

Unfortunatly, Princess Celestia was a lot stricter when I was in school than she is now &

wouldn't allow things like scavenger hunts interfere with her lesson plans.
