Cyclone 1066

Recommended Posts

The 1066 comes from my favorite model of tractor, an International Harvester 1066 Turbo.

The first one is stock from the factory the other three are modified for tractor pulling. They came with different paintjobs through the years but I like the "black band" ones the best (first picture). I used to have a 1066 as my cover photo until, you know.;)

I've always loved tractors my whole life. I grew up going to tractor shows in the Fall and I still do. I love showing tractors and I've just always liked the styling of a 1066. Hell, my first word was tractor!

Hey...vato... Fave fiery mixtape?

I listen to absolutely everything, except polka and classical. Right now I'm on a big country kick though next week I'll probably be listening to heavy metal or classic rock.

How are you and Lucky Bolt going?

Are you implying that there is something between us?:P (there's that sarcasm I was talking about)

We're doing good. Now, if I could just get my roommates to believe she's real.

What's a good meemay?

You have confused me. A Google search confused me even more. I'm afraid you'll have to seek spiritual guidance elsewhere.:scoots:

Have you ever actually been in a Cyclone before?

Cyclone: a rotating wind storm.

Yes, not directly in the middle of one but I've been on the outer edges of a tornado before.

I don't know if I can even pin it down to just 10. I'll have to get back to you on that one soon.

It confused me for like 5 seconds. I was like, "Wouldn't you know?" But then I realized which Lucky you were talking about.

She seems to be getting kind of lonely so my aunt is getting another horse this spring. We also learned that at least on bright sunny days, she is still gonna have to wear the sun shade mask, which is just a lingering effect of the cancer. Other than that, she's just been a little stubborn with the new bit and bridle we were trying out.

Have you ever drove a tractor?

Is the  International Harvester 1066 Turbo your favorite tractor?

Do you know Hanomag, Fendt (my favorite tractor) or Lanz Bulldog?

I've been driving tractors since I was 7 at tractor shows and around home. Yes, the 1066 is my favorite tractor except for maybe a D21 Allis Chalmers and I hope to own one if not both of them someday. Right now I own a Farmall A that I inherited from my grandfather when he passed.

And yes I've heard of Lanz and Fendt but not Hanomag. I like the styling of the new Fendts but I'm still more of an antique fan because you don't see many new tractors at shows, or foreign ones for that matter.

I've found a loophole answer that'll answer your question until I come up with a solid top 10. I like every song in this mashup.

@ZethaPondererWhen I was younger, I always wanted a GMC Syclone when I got older. That and I've always been intrigued by wind storms. GMC also made a Typhoon. I guess, Cyclone is a better blanket statement because it's any type of spinning wind storm, not just a typhoon. I guess I might have subconsciously went with Cyclone since it starts with the same letter as my real name.

@WiiGuy2014 Everything. :wub:She's got a great personality, sense of humor that matches mine, we're interested in the same things all the way down to the fine details. When I first read her bio on here I was like, "It's me. It's the female version of me." That being said, our personalities are not identical but they mesh well. She's rather extroverted and I'm rather introverted. She helps bring me outta my shell. If it weren't for her, I wouldn't be near as active on here. I've always thought, fall in love with someone's personality, not their good looks. Her good looks are just a wonderful bonus.:orly: Her and her OC are tied for the cutest things on the planet in my mind.(except for maybe a red panda, maybe):P And they say, "Find someone that makes you happy," if you ask my roommates, they could tell because I've been a lot happier.:D
