critique wanted Designs for an OC plz help!

So, I have an OC who is 100% completed and all, but theres another OC im working on, and the only problem is what she is going to look like. The only thing I have down is her ears! No hairstyle; No face expression; No everyday clothing; No other minor and optional things; NOTHING!!! My imagination has been worn down by work and school, so Im having a hard time with this... The only possible ideas I have are a scarf and that her shirt may be blue. It will also be a possibility that, if I add the scarf, tye scarf will cover her mouth and/or be red. Oh, and here is a description of the new OC: Extremly depressed and may flare up in anger easily. Still very sweet to others, but doesnt really talk much.

Update: SHe is now colored in. I need a backstory plz if anyone can make one up. Make sure the backstory is depressing.
