critique wanted I need help with my OCs

Hi everyone, I have a few OCs, but I'm not very good with backstories or cutie marks, so if anyone can help me create them, that would be nice! The art styles look different because they are adoptables I adopted from DeviantArt!

Peach Blossom, manages an orchard that grows a wide variety of peaches, plums, prunes, and other fruits of the same genus. Her cutie mark is a cross section of a peach with a few blossoms around it. She grew up on a family estate where the gardens and lawns had become overgrown due to the family focusing on maintaining it's once prosperous paper mill. Realizing that if she did nothing all of her effort would be destroyed, she ran out to put some stakes into the ground and tie it off for support, however she was unable to get them into the ground, so she resorted to leaning against the tree herself in order to hold it upright. She stayed out the whole night, bracing against the storm. At some point she had fallen asleep from exhaustion, and when she opened her eyes, she saw her family running towards her worried as to whether she was safe. They stopped an looked just above her in awe. She followed their gaze to see the tree was not only still upright, but had bloomed. She smiled contently and was met with a strange feeling followed by a flash. She looked down to find her cutie mark had appeared on her flank and she was filled with delight. She was scolded by her parents for recklessly going out into the storm, but celebration followed soon after. She continued to care for the tree and when it finally bore fruit, she shared it with her family, finally satisfied to dig into it's sweet flesh. She saved all of the pits and planted them as well. They grew and grew, and after a few years she had more peaches than she knew what to do with, so she sold them to passers by and to local business. Eventually she saved enough up to start a proper orchard beside the estate which over time would replace the paper mill as the family's main source of income. Years have passed, the orchard has expanded, and most of her family has moved on to lead lives of their own, stopping by now and then of course for some of her delicious peaches.

The first one should be named Star Cut with her cutie mark being a pair of purple scissors and comb.

The second one on right should be Creme Cakes and cutie mark being a cinnamon cake with white icing on top

Second one on left should be Sky Blossom w/ cutie mark being a watering can watering some flowers.

Third one should be Red Cherry. Cutie mark is already on picture.

Fourth one should be Pacer and his cutie mark would be a pair of racing shoes.

Fifth one should be Velvet Cake and cutie mark should be a red velvet cake.

Sixth one should be Treesic and cutie mark should be a Tree with grape vines on it.

Seventh should be Gazing Stars. CM is already on her, but she should have a tail added.

Eighth should be Sky Sprinkles and cutie mark should be stars over a pink cloud.

Sakura, Japanese for a flowering cherry tree, is a spokespony/mascot for a cherry flavored soft drink. She started out as a Pegasus in a set of ads that showed her being physically active by participating in various sports. The idea of this was to promote the drink as a good means of cooling down and getting re-energized. With the hype of Twilight Sparkle becoming a princess, it was then decided to give her a horn as well. The idea being that you too could feel like a princess by having some of their drink. Her cutie mark is explained as having appeared upon her first sip of the drink and since then it's been her mission to spread it's magnificent taste across equestria. She has recently becoming a pop icon with her presence at the Equestrian games. The true identity of Sakura is not publicly known as a safety precaution and way to maintaining the pony's privacy.
