And no, they haven't yet. Haven't been able to work out a time that they could. Even when they are free, Rainbow Dash has her own stuff she's gotta worry about, 'specially with the school she just opened with Princess Twilight.

Hello, Scootaloo! I know you're real parents are often too busy to be there for you, so until they can visit, may I adopt you?  I think I'd make a great stand-in father. Here are my qualifications:
