general What time does a new day and daylight savings start

My computer uses Windows 10. I have always wondered what time a new day starts and what time Daylight Savings Day Starts. I have never watched a clock change before so I'm wondering if anypony could tell me. I've heard that daylight savings time starts at 3:00 am at the lock skips 2 AN. But I have never seen it in person. I have no idea what time. Time Zone: Eastern Time (US and Canada) Location: Johnson City, Tennessee

Sunday, march 11 is when it begins.

Sunday, november 4 is when it ends.

i don't believe it starts at a spefic time, I think it only starts when it hits those days.

They usually did it at 2 in the morning on Sunday, when usually no one would be at work.
