My mother always told me that the crust of the pizza is the best part and that's it's a requirement to eat on a pizza. I don't agree with her, but I still eat the crust anyways.

Eating alone, I don’t eat the crust. I might save it for a snack on another day. But with other people, I eat it just because it’s the more acceptable thing to do. If there’s a lot of crust, though, I have trouble eating it all.

I usually get a salad at the pizza place instead of a pizza, that way, I get a full salad with dressing, and newly baked bread (made of pizza dough), so that counts as eating the crust to me!
