Passion 3,490 May 25, 2018 Share May 25, 2018 Roof of my house! It's absolutely wonderfully warm and a perfect place to get tanned. And it brings back childhood memories. River banks of all sorts. My parents and I initially planned on traveling to the Northeast this summer but that fell through for now. Summer is such a miserable season that it just makes me want to stay inside, far away from the hot sun and bugs. The ideal vacation would be somewhere where it was winter, but Southern hemisphere winter is probably unsatisfactory for me anyway, so I'd just have to go way up North where the temperatures are in the 40s/50s. I also enjoy a quick run over to Las Vegas from time to time because it's not very far away (only 4 1/2 hours by car). Hawaii is a wonderful place and all the good things you hear about it are true. I haven't been there since I was a teenager and I would love to go back. I've been to a few ghost towns in Nevada and those were very interesting and fun as a nice change of pace. Although.....me and my family sometimes take a road trip up to Illinois to visit with extended family for about a week or so.
