Cider Contest 3.0: Special Zecora Edition

Hello, and welcome to our 3rd Equestrian Cider contest!

 

In our first contest, Lyra won the first Cup after drinking 100 ciders.

In our second contest, Rarity won the Super Cider Cup after drinking 1,000 ciders!

 

 

For this contest, we will lower the score limit back to 100 ciders. However, we have a new challenge standing before us: 

The Zecora Challenge!

Now, for each post, you must post a two-line or four-line poem for your pony of choice. If you write a two-line poem, it must have at least six words per line, and the last word of the first line must rhyme with the last word of the second line. If you write a four-line poem, it must have at least three words per line, and the last word of the second line must rhyme with the last word of the fourth line. The poem must be related to the pony you are supporting, and it has to make sense (no random mix of words). You may not use the same poem twice , and you may not copy a poem from someone else. 

Here are two examples:

Applejack is back!

She is ready for more!

She drinks a full glass,

And then shouts, "Score!"

 

Our contestants for this contest are as follows:

1. Applejack

4. Twilight Sparkle

5. Fluttershy 

6. Rarity

7. Lyra 

8. Starlight Glimmer
 

Here are the basic rules of the game: 

1. All eight contestants start with zero points (i.e. no ciders drunk). 

2. Make a post in support of the contestant you want to win.  

3. For each post made in support of a contestant, one point will be added to that contestant (i.e. she will drink one cider). To make the game easier to keep track, I recommend counting to 100 for your pony.

4. Rules for posting are as follows:

   a. You may only give a point to one of the eight ponies, listed above. No other ponies may compete in this competition. 

   b. You may post consecutively, as long as your replies don't merge. The time window of merging is 30 minutes, so you may only post once every minutes if no one else posts.

   c. See above for the new challenge on posting! If you ignore the challenge, your post will not count.

5. The first contestant to get 100 points (i.e. drink one hundred ciders) wins!

Okay, time for some rule changes, since the game is going too slow. 

You may now post consecutively, as long as your replies don't merge. I don't know the exact window of time for merging. I think it's somewhere between 30-60 minutes.

There are also no limit to back-and-forth posting (for now, at least).

Aww, this looks like a really cute/ creative game. Shame there aren't more people participating... I guess it's hard to write poetry on a whim xD Most of these forum games are pretty braindead, in all honesty, so I certainly appreciate one that requires a bit of mental acuity. Anyway, lemme give it a go!~

 

Fluttershy and her will of steel are here to take home the crown,

Never stopping to rest,

While @Kai-rouken's poem doesn't meet my rule to the letter, I will still accept it, as it still reflects the spirit of a rhyming poem.

Sorry. No. Haikus don’t rhyme and this is the Zecora challenge.

Oh, and just to clarify, the poem doesn’t necessarily have to be related to Cider drinking. It just has to be related to the pony you are supporting.
