I last had some tortellini with mushrooms, spinach and onions leftovers from something I made yesterday.  I think if I ever make that again, I'll keep the onions out of it.  Something about it tasted odd.

Cheese and onion sandwiches in wholemeal bread, with sandwich spread, arrhh! raw onion so gives no quarter to yer taste buds but is so nice.

The orginal plougman's lunch used to be bread, cheese, and a whole raw onion, apparenty. And cider probably.

Last thing I ate was a garlic steakburger from Steak n Shake, which was for dinner last night. It was out if this world delicious but also extremely rich and wound up messing up my stomach later.

Mushrooms fried in olive oil and red wine with chopped garlic and red and green and yellow peppers, on toasted wholemeal brown bread, with a French rose wine accompaniment on the side.
