I tried making onigiri for the first time ever.  I like it, I think I did a good job but I ended up making balls instead of the neat triangles that onigiri typically comes as.  Nice to know I can do it at least!!!

Well na na na-na na, you obvously can't see it's already got it   butter was put in with the fish when it went into the oven then the whole lot including "fish juice" was poured over on top.

 

Today's was sausages with boiled potatoes cabbage and carrots, and onion rings.
