I had a Double Sausage & Egg McMuffin and a Double Sausage McMuffin from McDonald’s and I added spicy barbecue sauce and hot sauce to them to give them a little more oomph.

My brother and I eat like kings every night, it seems...we had pan-fried chicken breasts for dinner, and boiled redskin potatoes from the farmer's market---SO good.  I'd never boiled potatoes before; I had to look up how much time they needed on google; 10-25 minutes, it said.  I started with 15, tested them with a fork to see if they were soft, and they weren't, so I gave them another 5 minutes and tried the fork again---this time, they were tender enough to eat, and BOY were they good with just a little butter...!

I had Filet Mignon steaks with some barbecue spicy sauce on the side and some ‘baked’ potatoes topped with cheese, bacon, sour cream and chives with a glass of Pinotage on the side.

I had spaghetti and meatballs for dinner, but the last thing I ate was some Goldfish crackers. Three cheese pizza flavored!

I had chicken parmesan for dinner with pasta and green beans on the side.

Now I'm chomping on a fistful of sugar-free Jelly bellys (they ain't bad for sugar free).

Cuz it's 'ot, bit of a salad do, bought some lettuce this morning so tomato & courgette (thought is was cucumber! ) & pickled beetroot on a bed of lettuce with Thousand Island dressing, pickled onions & boiled potatoes.
