Yesterday lunch time, baked potatoes & half an onion, with carrots and two sausages.

That evening, a take-out Rogan Josh curry, popadom, oinion bhajis, samosa, and a 'Bangla' beer.

For some reason I'm ravenous lately, and hot weather normally kills my appetite.

I got enough curry to make at least 2 or 3 more meals ...

It had smoked salmon, cheese, red & green capsicum, mushrooms and onion with avocado on the top.
