Oh no! No no no. You can’t make a statement like that and leave it. I have to know how you prepared all this. Like was the mac and cheese baked and the kimchi pan fried and added at some point in the finishing stage, or did you just mix the kimchi in with a boiled mac like heathen trying to anger the gourmand gods!

Any noodles that cook for over 30 seconds that are gluten free turn to mush. Sadly, oven baked (every time I’ve tried) doesn’t turn out. Also I don’t have any panko. I wouldn’t cook kimchi, then it wouldn’t be as crunchy.
