I had some crumbed dory fillets as well as chips covered in Old Bay.

I had seafood cocktail sauce on the side with white vinegar on the fillets.

Excellent fish and chips at The Three Hills in Bartlow, Cambridgeshire, same day fresh battered haddock, dill creamed crushed peas, triple cooked chips, charred lemon, homemade chunky tartare sauce,  vinegar, ketchup, Hobgoblin draught ale.
