How do you add signatures on your posts?

Heyo!~

I know how to put the images on forums but how do the put a cape on it? Like, for example the post thats on the end of publish.

Please if you know tell me

Oh, you mean the signature? If you would like your own, then Click on your name on the upper right hand corner, then select Account Settings. There, you will find a tab labelled Signature. There, you can create any signature you like, whether it's text, an image (if it's appropriately sized), or a specially made signature like WWolf's or mine:
