Thats the Eagle Speedster. Aka the Eagle E-Type. 

Yes the Missouri did mostly land bombardments but they were very important in all 3 wars. On the deck is where WW2 ended. She was also the last battleship in the world to be active.

...wonder what the shielding proposals were for that 🤔

US struggled to get the nuclear aircraft off the ground (pun intended) due to the shielding. Russian solution was to not worry about the shielding

It could be a 427, but some 289s also had the wider bodywork on them. It very well could also be a Cobra kit car, it's more common to see a kit car than a real one, even if the owner tells you it's real. What I am certain of, is the lack of an interior.
