Power Ponies- a missed opportunity?

Superhero anything, from comics and tv shows to movies and merchandise are a huge hit in pop culture. Hasbro has a spinoff AU in its own canon, in the form of Power Ponies, however...not much has been done with them, and they aren't utilized as they could have been.  Perhaps their own comic series (with the actual PP, not the mane 6 looking like them) could've worked. Or perhaps a movie or animated tv series of their own, with more action oriented adventures.

That would be a good idea, I quite liked the power ponies. One of my favourite episodes.
