With so many films in the James Bond franchise (#25 on its way), and so many actors playing the iconic role of James Bond 007, which is your favorite of the movies and which is your favorite actor in the role?

Roger Moore in Octopussy was the best bond actor in the best Bond movie.

The runners-up, by actor and their best Bond film are:

Sean Connery in Thunderball,

Pierce Brosnan in Tomorrow Never Dies,

Timothy Dalton in Licence to Kill,

George Lazenby in On Her Majesty's Secret Service,

and last (and least) is Daniel Craig in...whatever those so-called Bond movies he was in.

My favorite James Bond movie is probably Skyfall, followed by Goldeneye, From Russia With Love, Casino Royale(Craig), and Spy Who Loved Me. As for my favorite James Bond, it's a tough one with Connery, Brosnon and Craig, but I think I'll go with Brosnon who I also like to call the Video Game James Bond, due to him appearing in the best James Bond video games(Everything or Nothing, The World Is Not Enough, Nightfire, and of course Goldeneye)

Can't say I'm big into Bond. The oldest movie I've watched is License to Kill, but other than SPECTRE, watched all the subsequent movies. I'd say I think Brosnan is my favorite Bond, but I think Craig has made a very strong portrayal of him, despite his *GASP* blond hair

Despite Brosnan being my favorite, Craig's Skyfall is overall, my top Bond movie

I'm a part of the (likely) small minority that thinks You Only Live Twice is the best James Bond movie. To me, it's the definitive Sean Connery performance.

And Connery is best Bond actor, hands down.

Sean Connery in Goldfinger is the definitive James Bond in the definitive Bond movie for me.

But Live and Let Die, Goldeneye and Skyfall are also decent. I actually don't hate any of the films though I haven't seen The Living Daylights with Timothy Dalton.
