How many status updates do you post each day?

I never post more than two or three in a day. Sometimes I don't post any at all.

The last couple days or so I've been cutting way down on the status updates so I don't spam my friends notifications I've cut it down to no more than 6 per day.

You know what. These aren't really feedback topics. Most of this is available in our leaderboards of in a person's profile, and way way too many of these "what are your stats" threads tend to make glut in a forum that crucial to continuous improvement. I'm biased though.
