How does one submit a top banner for MLP Forums?

How do you have the request getting your banner that you made up there and also is there a long list if so?

Go to requestria. The top pinned post there has a detailed explanation and a link to the form you need to fill.

I don't think there's a long queue(list?)but i could be wrong

Submit any banner submissions via PM to myself, @PathfinderCS and @Jeric, and we'll add it to the folder. We've had a good few submissions come through recently, but you can be sure that they'll all get their chance at the top.
