How to Reply to Others Comments?

How do I reply to comments on my post, or can I only quote them? If I can only quote them, do they get the notifications for it?

I'll give you the basic rundown. If you quote someone, they will get a notification if they have their notifications set correctly that you have quoted them. The same way goes for them quoting you. You can also mention someone in a post by doing this @Lady_Skins

If they have their notifications set up that way yes. If not ... no.
