Big Rainbow or Small Rainbow

I really want a Rainbow Dash Plushie  and I found two best ones:

One is by TY and it's 8 inches ($11), the other is by fourth dimension, its shape is better, it's 12 inches but more expensive ($24).

I wouldn't want a pony too big that my parents find it, but since I never actually seen either of them in real life idk which one to go for.

Difference between 8 and 12 inches isn't much really as far as finding a good hiding space.
