Yeah I'd help Applejack get better, make sure she stays on the couch to watch TV, make nutritious smoothies and give her medicine, run out to get her stuff... stuff.

I would make Rainbow Dash rest all the day and prepare meal for her, give her medison, spend time with her while reading her, her favorite Daring Do novel. 

My heart is warmed at only thinking about taking care of her. Oh, how badly I wanted to see her in front of me. Ops, I guess I lost the track here a little.

I would take care of Fluttershy as best as I could, but I'm not really a nurturing person by nature... Also, germs and sicknesses and stuff really bother me at times, especially if vomiting is involved.
