movies/tv The Last Airbender on Netflix!?

If you're like me and are a huge Avatar: The Last Airbender fan, then you most likely heard that a live action series is coming soon to Netflix. I'm pretty excited and hyped. The movie version that came out a few years back is (unfortunately) still seared in my head, so I am really looking forward for this new show... 

What are your thoughts?

Considering how well Netflix's live-action version of Death Note turned out to be, I wouldn't get my hopes up for this show.

Netflix has been hit or miss with a lot of its stuff lately. They need to slow down and put out more quality shows and movies not as many as they can.

Well, I can tell you Netflix's version of Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events is much closer to the original books than the 2004 Jim Carey film. 

So, yeah it could be a hit or a miss.

I'll probably watch it once it comes out, but I try not to think about if it will be good or not before then. I guess I just don't want to set any personal expectations for it.

Not too terribly interested.  I rather would have had an animated Avatar series focusing on either the first avatar, Wan, or have an animated series based on the avatar after Korra.
