Do you name your electronics?

I have a habit of doing this. Currently, my new phone is named "Martin Tinker Riggs". Don't ask lol. But yeah, just curious if anyone names their electronics. :3

I was thinking of naming my small laptop I got yesterday. Definitely something to do with purple, since that is what its color is.

Sometimes. The ones I can think of are:

• My BlackBerry = BlackenedBerry, after the metal sub-genre. 
• My Noise canceling headphones = clunker phones. 
• My 2015 Honda Metropolitan = my noble steed / the beast. 
• My 50 in 4K TV = the monolith.
• My PC = The great machine. 
• Amazon fire remote = the swizzlestick.

An onion started growing shoots in my cabinet, so I potted it, drew a face on it with Sharpie, and named it "Grunion".

No. I don’t really name anything that I own. It’s just that I feel like giving my electronics names seems unnecessary.

If I do want to give uniqueness to my things, then they must have some different appearances.

I do tend to do that; and I also follow a lineage. As such:

Any vehicle that I use as my primary mode of transportation I typically call "Rahne" which includes the following:
-1998 Buick LeSabre
-2008 Kia Optima
-2015 Chevrolet Colorado

My main home computer is another that I do this with; whom I name "Violet."
-1999 Gateway Desktop
-2004 HP Pavilion laptop
-2009 MacBook Pro
-2016 MacBook Pro

I may do that with my smartphone as well; we'll see~

My current phone is Listrik and my previous ones are Haz/Lilin and Ym Enohp(I was a mini Zatana fan then ). My current earphone is Hatar. My phone charger doesn't have a proper name. I keep on changing it according to mood. Generally, it is Hali or Petir.

Plus, I sometimes call the fridge Fledgelings. 

Though I don't have that much items that I own. But I pretty much name everything else.

Nice to know that I (and my sister) am not the only one that name electronics items.

I don't have any affectionate monikers for my electronics. Since I have more of a hate-hate relationship with them I usually call them things I can't mention here.

I did name my car though. Her name is Electra.

I most certainly do! My phone is called Big Moto, my computer is called Mettaton (yes I know I'm a nerd), my tablet is names Giegue (Earthbound related). Oh and my vap pen is called Big blue (its a pretty purple penguin autopack vape pen).

This current beloved phone I am holding, I call it Listrik. I also have and old rather useless earphones which I call Aliran or Alir. The laptop I usually use is called Amira by my sister.
