If you want to share pony related art, head to Visual Fan Art

If it doesn't have anything to do with ponies, you can post these in Non Pony Artwork.

Creating threads there is the same as you just did that here. If you cannot post threads in these sections, you may have to make few posts first. For example, making 5 posts will advance you to the Muffin rank, unlocking many site features for you, including profile customization.

Note, that posting in some sections do not increase your post count, such as in Welcoming Plaza. Sections with that restriction have a note in their description, that you can view from the home page, for example.
